Lessons from Others.

A Few Things I've Learned from Others:

- Network with the big players, find out what they are doing. 

- Investing is about positive cash flow, not necessarily LTV. Cash FLOW is king. 

- Don't project your goals on other people. 

- Other people will put a ceiling on your life; look for capacity talent. 

- Time is non-renewable. 

- It's better to build a well than to make it rain. 

- What is hard, then becomes easy; what is easy, then becomes hard. 

- Well dressed poverty is still poverty. 

- Due to technology and market changes, we don't have the option for cruising altitude anymore.
