2013 - At age 22, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Accounting from Virginia Tech. Worked as a Certified Public Accountant in audit for a Big 4 Accounting Firm. Typical Millennial saving money by living in unheated sunroom of a condo with 2 other roommates.

2014 - Moved from Washington, D.C. to Jacksonville, Florida with Jon.

2015 - Took Analyst position at local boutique investment bank.

2016 - Worked as an Analyst for mergers and acquisitions of FinTech and Healthcare companies.

2017 - Married Jon and left M&A job in order to join Jon in growing The Brooks Group real estate sales team.

2018 - At age 27, first year in real estate, personally sold 65 properties to all retail buyers. Led The Brooks Group to become the #1 KW Sales Team in Northeast Florida.

2019 - Had first child, Evelyn.

2020 - Founded Momentum Realty. Grew to 69 agents in 11 months. Had second child, Jackson.

2013 - At age 22, graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech. Worked at Tax Policy think-tank in Washington, D.C. Typical Millennial living in parents’ basement while paying off student loans.

2014 - At age 23, moved to Jacksonville, Florida and got a job as a real estate investment banker with an international bank.

2015 - At age 24, had a bad experience purchasing first property, quit banking job, and jumped into real estate sales with $80,000 in debt and virtually no savings.

2016 - At age 25, sold 66 properties for $12,100,000, and switched brokerages to build a team.

2017 - At age 26, sold 74 properties for $21,000,000, became speaker and trainer in Big-Box brokerage. Got married to beautiful wife, Brittany.

2018 - At age 27, sold 143 properties for $36,100,000, with team of 3. Became youngest Mastery Coach at #1 brokerage in the country.

2019 - At age 28, had first child, Evelyn, with beautiful wife, Brittany. Joined GoBundance, a high-level mastermind group of entrepreneurs.

2020 - At age 29, founded Momentum Realty with beautiful wife, Brittany. Grew to 69 agents in 11 months. Left active real estate sales to open Integrity Mortgage Group branch. Had second child, Jackson.

2021 - At age 30, grew Momentum Realty to 118 agents who sold $550M in residential sales. Launched a title company, Titan Title Services, LLC. Started offering top producers phantom stock units that tied them to the upside of Momentum Realty.

2022 - At age 31, grew Momentum Realty to 167 agents who sold $615M in residential sales. Started offering investment opportunities to our top agents.
