How exactly does the compensation work?+
You keep 100% of your commission minus 0.002 × the sale price (e.g. $500 on a $250K sale) plus a $350 broker transaction fee you can pass to your client. One-time $350 onboarding fee. No monthly fees. No desk fees. No E&O fees. No franchise fees. No junk fees. Once you hit the $12K annual cap every transaction after is entirely yours.
How difficult is it to switch brokerages?+
Much easier than most agents expect. Most brokerages allow immediate termination and pay out commissions on outstanding deals. Active listings transfer immediately to Momentum and we can onboard you in a few hours. We'll get your CRM set up, marketing in compliance, and make sure you don't lose access to anything you've built.
Do you offer leads?+
Yes. We have an exclusive opt-in program through Boomtown (Google PPC leads), Boomtown CRM is available at 68% off with Momentum-exclusive automations, scripts, and Canva templates only our agents access.
How does Momentum stay in business at 100% commission?+
Volume. We take a very small piece of each transaction. When our agents produce at a high level those small fees add up. Our business only grows when yours does — we are genuinely aligned.
Do you take newly licensed agents?+
Yes — we have programs to support new agents. If you're newly licensed you'll need to join an MLS board within 10 days of onboarding, typically around $900+ depending on time of year.
