Press Release: Momentum Private Lending Helps Agents Net $1,000,000+ Profit in 2024

A really cool thing happened this time last year.

An agent wanted the founders of Momentum Realty to help them not only underwrite a fix and flip property they had found -- but also fund it for them.

Due to our cash position after selling our rental properties, I was able to fund the loan.

It was new and exciting. A win-win.

Out of every agent's need is an opportunity to provide value.

To explore further, I wanted to see what the demand was like and to learn more about the ins and outs of private lending.

I bought a bunch of books, reached out to big players, and then, after learning a bit more, offered more funding options to our agents at Momentum Realty for their fix and flips.

After all, agents are out and about looking at deals every day, why not buy one for themselves, with me and Brittany as an extra pair of eyes and funding it?

Many of these agents didn't have enough money for rehab, but the deals were good. Since they had nowhere else to go to get funding, we decided we would also fund their rehab.

Today, Momentum Private Lending is growing fast and agents are taking advantage.

In 2024, I am proud to share that we've funded 27 fix and flip loans for $6,797,586 of loan volume, profiting agents approximately $1,100,000+ in profits.

Further, agents are learning how to better underwrite their deals, are showing other agents within the tribe what is possible, and teaming together to do projects they first never thought possible or simply out of reach.

Very proud of the tribe and will continue to build an ecosystem that supports agent profitability, not just by teaching, but by also actively participating in deals.

More brokerage support in more aspects of the business, makes a massive difference.
