Momentum Realty Announces 20% Revenue Share Program

Momentum Realty announces that it will now reward its agent members with another competitive income opportunity: an enhanced revenue share program that allows them to earn 20% of the gross revenue generated by their sponsored new agents.

"This is a big leap forward for our agents, and another wonderful compensation opportunity within our brand and ecosystem," says Momentum's Co-Founder and Broker-Owner, Brittany Brooks. “It greatly increases the income potential for Momentum agents who bring in and sponsor new agent-members.”

Momentum Realty is one of the fastest growing brokerages in Northeast Florida, with more than $615,000,000 in residential and commercial sales volume in 2022 alone, after less than three years in business.  Although the company has been around since only January 2020, it already ranks in the Top 10 brokerage offices by volume, out of 1,356 offices in Northeast Florida, according to MarketView Broker.
