Momentum Realty is evolving its compensation system to offer even more value to its agents. 

Over the past four years, the brokerage has maintained a two-tier compensation system.  Agents who produced less than 12 units paid an 80 agent / 20 brokerage commission split, and then graduated to a 100% commission model once their production passed the 12 unit target.  

That is changing. 

Today, Momentum Realty announces that it is now offering a one-tier system where all agents will be on a compensation plan of 100% commission minus two small fees, regardless of their production level. 

Agents at Momentum Realty will continue to pay no monthly fees, annual fees, E&O fees, technology fees, franchise fees, or desk fees.

Momentum Realty is a one-of-a-kind, award-winning company that quickly became a 10 Top Brokerage Office by Volume in Northeast Florida in the record time of under four years. Momentum Agents, on average, gross $105,000+ in commissions annually and, due to Momentum’s generous compensation model, they retain the majority of their earnings. 

This makes the Momentum structure very attractive to agents looking to grow not only their businesses, but their bottom line. Momentum also offers a revenue share program under which its agents can attract other top agents, and earn up to 20% revenue share.

Momentum has other unique features to benefit its agents that other brokerages don't offer:

Momentum Private Lending: The brokerage’s founders offer their agents private money loans for fix-and-flip opportunities. Since February 2024, its agents are on track to net an additional $700,000 in profit from flips made under the Momentum Private Lending program.

Momentum Cash Offers: The founders make cash offers on Momentum Agent listings for those Sellers who are interested in a more convenient option for selling their home. This provides an easy out for Momentum Sellers who may be in a tough spot. This valuable in-house program allows Momentum Agents to provide another selling option to their customers.

Momentum Property Management: Momentum Realty recently launched a property management company, Momentum Property Management, to provide another option to Sellers and Buyers. Agents can advance their career and learn property management at this sister company while continuing their sales, if desired, or remain with Momentum Realty and earn additional income off of their referrals to Momentum Property Management.

Marketing Assistance: Momentum employs a marketing assistant to help its agents with their individual marketing needs. Momentum Agents can get customized social media templates, listing and buyer presentations, and other materials in-house. This marketing assistance comes in addition to the highly coveted Focus Program, a highly effective email campaign run by Momentum on behalf of its agents, and a local gift program for customers through Lolo. 

Referral Leads & IDX Website: Momentum recently inked a bulk deal with Boomtown, and is buying leads for its agents in return for a referral fee on the platform. Agents who sign up for Boomtown also get a custom IDX website at a low, discounted cost.

FSBO & Expired Leads: Momentum provides its agents FSBO and Expired data on multiple occasions throughout each week. It also offers scripting classes taught by top coaches to help provide more value to consumers, and to secure more business for its agents. 


Momentum Realty is on a continuous mission to create more high-value options for its agents. One program currently in the works would offer title company partnerships between Momentum founders and Momentum’s top-producing agents.
