Momentum Champions, agents who produce more than $8,000,000 in volume in a fiscal year (top 5% of all producing agents in Northeast Florida) will receive:

• Recognition by the moniker “Champion”

• Swag as an award at our annual award ceremony

• $2,500 in phantom stock units

• They will not be responsible to pay the $350 transaction fee to Momentum Realty for the VA buyer customers.
