1. Compensation:
100% Commission minus .002 x the sales price (with a low $16k cap) - i.e. $250,000 sale price = $500 split. You KEEP the remaining commission!
There is a $350 transaction fee per transaction that is passed on to the customer.
One-time onboarding fee of $350 per agent due at onboarding.
Momentum covers your Dotloop, E&O Insurance, and BrokerSumo (1099s tax forms).

Do you offer leads? Yes, we have an exclusive, opt-in internal program through Boomtown that provides Google PPC leads. We also offer OpCity and PrimeStreet lead platforms to all agents.
Do you offer a CRM? Yes, we offer the CRM Follow Up Boss at a 68% discount. You can also get your CRM through Boomtown through Momentum as a discount.
Do you provide a website? Yes, we design a landing page for you on MoveWithMomentum’s Website for free and you can build one through Boomtown.
Do you have marketing? Yes, we offer very valuable templates for everything you need: email signatures, business cards, yard signs, listing/buyer presentations. The templates are in Canva format for your convenience that you can grab and go. We have recommended local companies who can fulfill all of your marketing needs. Just click and go!
What closing transaction technology do you offer & who pays for E&O? Momentum pays for E&O insurance for the brokerage and also pays for your Dotloop & BrokerSumo for a paperless pay-at-close system.
Where are you located? We have an office off San Jose Blvd (32223) and off of Atlantic Blvd (32225) that agents use to meet customers, print documents, or work out of offices.
What are costs as a new agent? If you are newly licensed, you have 10 days to join an MLS board as a Primary Member. The costs are generally around $900+ depending on time of year.
Is it easy to transfer to Momentum? Yes, Momentum makes it very easy to transfer. We will assist you with your marketing contacts, getting your CRM set-up, and make a game plan for you to transition to Momentum smoothly.

Momentum has SO many trainings and resources available to its agents on a frequent basis. One of the top three reasons agents come to Momentum are because of our community and trainings. The other two reasons are because of our low fee structure and our quality of community.
6-15 In-Person and Virtual Trainings Per Month. The number of trainings each month depends on the time of year and holidays. Each training has hand selected Top Agents & Coaches who are VALID in the topic that they teach (i.e. they have actually done the thing they’re teaching at a high level). While this may seem obvious, most brokerages do NOT have valid speakers. Momentum prides itself on its quality and level of growth conversations.
All Trainings Are Recorded. Top agents are on the run, and we understand that. So, if you can’t attend a training this week, no problem. Watch the recording
Extensive Video Library. When you join Momentum you get access to Momentum’s video library with hundreds of hours of training. This is through a platform called Thinkific, and you also get access to all of the business card, listing/buyer, templates we’ve created so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel.
All of our training sessions – including working with sellers, working with buyers, investing, scripts, lead generation, social media, transaction coordination, and profitability of growing a team, are all included on an annual basis and also recorded for your convenience.
We also offer to any Momentum Associate who desires it, additional accountability programs, which range from $500-1,500/mo depending on how much accountability you’re looking for.
Separately, our agents frequently develop their own personal accountability groups through their networking within the tribe.
You earn 100% of your commission minus two small fees,
They include a fee of 0.002 times the sales price of the transaction, and a $350 Broker Transaction Fee that is most commonly passed onto the client.

Another Associate benefit is FREE access to Dotloop paid for by the brokerage, which uses a Pay-At-Close system.
Yes! We have programs to help you grow and scale your business! Our Momentum Agents are led by the Top Agents at Momentum Realty who serve you in helping you hit your goals.
Volume. You keep the vast majority of the revenue pie to re-invest in your family, customers, and business. After all, you earned it! Through our two, modest fees, one of which you can pass on to your clients, we get a very small piece of that pie. But when our Associates’ volume is high, those small fees add up to an amount that will make our platform financially viable for us. We are truly aligned with your business, and our business grows only when yours does.
Simple. We use Dotloop and BrokerSumo so that you can have a paperless transaction. We pay for Dotloop on your behalf. Our system will get you paid at the closing table after working with the title company and completing a compliance review.

We have found using co-work space to be ideal because it provides a professional environment at an affordable price, and offers the ability to network with other entrepreneurs in your market. At LionShare, we have access to beautiful training and board rooms (for meetings and closing), that you can reserve upon request for FREE.
Although the Founding Agents have found that the majority of producing agents do not spend enough time in an office to justify renting one, if you do want one, you will have the opportunity to rent your own office or desk at very affordable prices, currently $80/month for shared commuter spaces and up to $850 for offices fitting four desks.
For any agents wishing to rent an office in other areas, at a location more convenient for them, the Founding Agents are happy to help you identify other co-work spaces that are optimal for you.
