Hi! I’m KC Harder.

KC, a Waterville, Ohio native who relocated to Florida 16 years ago, came to Momentum with years of experience in training, mentoring, and marketing. KC earned a BA in Communications from the University of Memphis. She worked in several marketing positions before going into sales with Mary Kay Cosmetics in order to have the flexibility of taking her career with her whenever her husband’s job might require moving the family. KC earned the title of Sales Director at Mary Kay, and spent the next 14 years in that leadership role. She was responsible for recruiting new team members, onboarding them, and training consultants, first in North Alabama and then in Central Florida, all while also running her own personal business. KC was responsible for seeking out talent, then encouraging and mentoring ideal candidates to prepare them to step into leadership roles.
