In the beginning, you need to be a learner and soak it all in. Who you are in the room with matters. Conversations about people worried about things they don't have control over, that's not a focus of ours.
Challenging agents to ask the questions: what are the results you are seeing, and make sure that the results and track record around it match what your goals are. The content you receive is incredibly important. Who delivers the content is important.
You can't learn from someone who has never done it themselves. You can't learn from someone how to be financially free on how to be financially free. You can't learn from someone how to become a top agent when they are not a top agent.
Should you be buying online leads? How do you structure your team? How much cash do you need? These are the conversations we are having.
Yes, we need to know how to write a contract, but you can learn that on your own time through our videos and Q&A page with live responses.
What you choose to focus on will make the difference. It's not time to be susceptible of the shiney objects.
Ask: what is the production of the agents in your company, what's the profitability?
Get out of debt, build wealth, learn tax strategies, improve lifestyle is our goal.
