★ Take-Home Pay Calculator

You closed 30 deals last year. Your brokerage kept how much of it?

Plug in your numbers. See what your current brokerage takes from you, and what you would have kept at Momentum's 100% commission with a $12K annual cap. Honest math, including when our math doesn't beat yours.

This is an estimate based on the inputs you provide. Actual income depends on many factors. See methodology & assumptions.

★ Here's the part that hurts

Over 5 years, you would have given your broker:

7
rental property down payments
Assumes $40,000 down on a $200,000 investment property. That's not money lost. That's leverage handed to someone else.
Your numbers, side-by-side

Here's what last year cost you.

What you kept at your current brokerage $170,200
What you would have kept at Momentum $231,750
The gap (annual)
+$61,550
That's a kid's college year. A renovation. A real vacation. Every year you stay.
At 25 transactions, $400K average sale, and $250K GCI, your current model takes 31.9% of your gross. Momentum's model takes 7.3%. Over five years at the same production, the gap is $307,750.
★ How the math works

No tricks. No "if you join us, you'll do more business." Just your same production at a different cost structure.

Your current brokerage

We calculate GCI × (your split %) minus (monthly fees × 12). If you selected a 100% / cap model, we cap the brokerage take at your stated annual cap.

We do not include franchise royalty fees on top of the split (most franchise splits already include royalty). If you pay a separate royalty, add it to your monthly fees field.

Momentum Realty

100% commission on every transaction. Brokerage cost structure for the agent:

  • 0.2% of sale price per transaction, capped at $12,000 per year (cap hits at $6M in total sale volume)
  • No monthly desk fees, no E&O fees, no tech fees, no franchise royalty. Boomtown CRM included.
  • Per-transaction administrative fees ($350 pre-cap, $100 post-cap) are passed through to the customer on the closing disclosure, not paid by the agent.

For agents producing under ~$60K GCI on a low-split model with no monthly fees, Momentum's model may not beat the math. We show you that honestly when it happens.

This calculator is an illustration based on common brokerage fee structures. Actual fees, splits, royalty rates, and caps vary by office, region, and individual agent contract. Real-world income depends on far more than fee structure: production, market conditions, lead source costs, personal expenses, taxes, and many others. We don't promise income at Momentum. We show you what the math looks like at the same production. See full income disclosures & methodology.
