Buyers demand affordability as Jacksonville sees the steepest home price decline of top 40 US markets
"In 2022, we had record low inventory of 2,000 homes in the NEFAR MLS. Now we have 12,000. The more supply that comes on, the more pricing pressure. We've seen prices come down in a lot of areas across Northeast Florida."

"They're dropping actually, more than this report is saying. A lot of agents on the ground are reporting 10 to 20% declines in specific neighborhoods around town. If sellers are too far apart on price, we're advising Realtors to just walk away."
