Submit loop for Review/DA at least 3–5 business days before closing. Wait until after inspections and appraisal if possible.

Label loop "Purchase" if representing buyer, "Listing" if representing seller. Wrong label breaks BrokerSumo sync.

Property address under loop details must be the property address, not the brokerage address.

Financials: enter commission on your side only, Buy Side or Sell Side. Use % or $ only, no text in numeric fields.

Complete the Closing Settlement Form. Use notes for flat fees, referrals, or include mailing address if you want check sent.

Click Submit For Review (top right) and check all loop folder boxes. Broker will note any corrections, fix and resubmit.
🏠 Zillow Showcase Token Process

Tokens are $275 each, or $1,125 for a five-pack ($225 per token); purchases before September 1, 2026 are $200 per token. Buy through BrokerSumo — a credit card on file is required. Tokens are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire with Momentum's current Zillow agreement on September 1, 2027. Still holding tokens from the November 2025 agreement? Email Toni to verify your balance before applying them.
