DAY 1
We reach out to schedule a quick online strategy session. Fifteen minutes. We learn about your background and your business, you ask whatever you want, and together we figure out if Momentum is the right move for you. Online only. No drive to an office.
DAY 1 to 3
If it's a fit on both sides, we lock in next steps. If it isn't, we tell you. No high-pressure pitch, no follow-up phone tree. The decision is yours.
DAY 3 to 5
We send the Independent Contractor Agreement digitally. You sign it. Done. You give written notice to your current broker per the terms of your contract (usually 30 days or less). You wrap any pending transactions under your old brokerage. We transfer your license through the Florida DBPR portal (or Georgia REC if applicable) and handle the broker side. MLS updates the next business day. Total transition: 1-2 weeks. We walk every new agent through the full process.
WEEK 1
Two tools, both free to you: Dotloop for transactions and BrokerSumo for back-office. That's it. No monthly tech fees, no proprietary platform learning curve, no email migration. Use the email you already use. Keep the workflow that already works.

Fill out our 10-minute agent profile intake form. Bio, specialties, designations, social media, veteran/first responder badges (if applicable). We build your individual agent page on movewithmomentum.com within 2 weeks. Your name and face on our search page, with filters that match how leads actually shop.

Our entire onboarding process lives in a 30-email campaign delivered to your inbox over your first weeks. Where everything is, how the company works, who to ask for what. Read the emails. They cover everything you need to know to operate at Momentum.
