What exactly is the commission structure?
100% commission minus 0.002 × the sales price, with a $12,000 annual cap. On a $250,000 sale that's a $500 fee. You keep the rest. Once you hit your cap, every dollar is yours. There's also a $350 transaction fee per deal — most agents pass this to the client. One-time onboarding fee of $350. That's it. No monthly fees, no desk fees, no E&O fees, no franchise fees, no hidden fees.
How do you stay in business paying 100% commission?
Volume. When our agents produce a lot, our small fees add up. We are completely aligned with your success — our business only grows when yours does. There is no tension between what's good for you and what's good for Momentum.
Do you provide leads?
Yes. Momentum offers an exclusive opt-in program through Boomtown (Google PPC leads), plus OpCity and PrimeStreet available to all agents. Referral fees range from 30–40% on those leads.
What training is available?
6–15 trainings per month — in person and virtual. An extensive video library through Momentum University with hundreds of hours of content. All sessions are recorded. Every trainer is a valid, high-producing agent who has actually done what they're teaching — not a corporate speaker.
Is it easy to switch to Momentum?
Very. Most brokerages allow immediate termination. Active listings transfer immediately. Momentum can onboard you in a few hours. We'll help you get your CRM set up, ensure your marketing is compliant, and make sure you don't lose access to anything you've built. The whole process normally takes less than a day.
Do you take new agents?
Yes, with programs designed to help you grow. The Momentum Mentorship Program pairs newer agents with top-producing Momentum Champions for structured guidance and accountability.
What technology do you provide?
Momentum covers Dotloop, E&O insurance, and BrokerSumo (1099 tax forms) at no cost. Agents get access to Boomtown CRM at a 68% discount, Lolo marketing automation, Focus Program email campaigns, and Zillow Showcase tokens. Landing page on movewithmomentum.com included free.
