Read it before
anyone else does.
Then tell me what's wrong.

The manuscript is locked. Before it goes to print, I want 50 agents inside the Tribe and a handful of trusted referrals to read it and give structured feedback. Not "did you like it." Where you stopped. Which exercises you actually did. What you'd cut.

The ask

What I need from you,
specifically.

"Did you like it" tells me nothing. These three things tell me everything I need to know to make the book better before it launches.

01

Where did you stop?

Note the chapter and the page where you lost momentum, set it down, or skipped ahead. That's the section that needs the most work. Don't be polite about it.

02

Which exercises did you actually do?

There are ten exercises across the book. If you skipped one, tell me which and why. If one changed how you think about your business, tell me that too. The book lives or dies on whether the work gets done.

03

What would you cut?

Every chapter has a section that's weaker than the rest. Tell me which paragraphs felt like padding, which examples didn't land, which transitions confused you. Be ruthless. Your edit is more valuable than your praise.

The timeline

21 days, start to finish.

Tight on purpose. Tight forces actual reading. Loose lets it sit on your nightstand for two months. Here's the four-step flow.

Step 1 · Day 0

Fill out the short application below. Two minutes. I'm looking for agents who'll actually read it and respond, not just collect a free copy.

Step 2 · Day 1

Get the PDF

Once you're accepted, you get the full manuscript as a watermarked PDF. Bonus: the 10 companion exercises from /freedom for working through it.

Step 3 · Days 1–18

Read & mark up

Read at your normal pace. Mark places where you stopped, sections that worked, paragraphs that didn't. Do the exercises if you want, skip what doesn't apply.

Step 4 · Day 21

Send the feedback

Fill out the feedback form linked in your acceptance email. Should take 15-20 minutes. The more specific, the better.

What you get

It's a real ask,

Common questions

Why is the application closed and not open to anyone?
Because I want 50 readers who'll actually engage with it, not 500 downloads I never hear from. The Tribe and close referrals give me the highest hit rate on substantive feedback. If you got the link from someone in the Tribe, you're qualified.
Do I have to read all 13 chapters and do all 10 exercises?
No. Read the chapters that apply to where you are in your business. Skip the ones that don't. Note in the feedback form what you skipped and why. That's data too.
Can I share the PDF with my team or other agents?
No. The PDF is watermarked with your name and tracked. The book hasn't launched. Sharing it pre-launch undercuts the whole rollout. If a teammate wants in, send them this page and they can apply.
What if I miss the 21-day deadline?
The feedback window closes on the deadline. Late submissions don't count toward the launch event invite. The book has a real launch date and I can't slip it for one reader.
Is this just a marketing play to get reviews?
No. Beta feedback is for editing. Reviews come after launch and are separate. Beta readers who want to leave an Amazon review when the book launches are welcome to, but it's not part of the ask here.
Who's behind this book?
Jon Brooks. Co-founder of Momentum Realty in Jacksonville. Built one of the most profitable agent businesses in the city, became the youngest Mastery Coach at the #1 real estate training company in the world before leaving to build Momentum.
