SMS and Messaging Terms
These terms describe the text-messaging program operated by Move With Momentum LLC and Momentum Realty. They apply when you give consent to receive text messages from us.
1. The messaging program
When you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on a form on movewithmomentum.com, you agree to receive text messages from Move With Momentum LLC and Momentum Realty ("we," "us") related to real estate services, your inquiries, property and market updates, and, if you indicated interest, agent recruiting. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
2. Message frequency and cost

3. How to opt out or get help
You can cancel the messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number.
