Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By using movewithmomentum.com (the "Site"), operated by Momentum Realty ("Momentum," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you create an account or submit any content, you also agree to our Community Guidelines and Moderation Policy, which are part of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the contribution features.

2. Who may contribute

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit content. You agree to provide your real name, a working email address, and a phone number you control, and to keep them accurate. One account per person. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Your content and the license you grant us

You keep ownership of the reviews, posts, and other content you submit. By submitting, you grant Momentum a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, excerpt, quote, and summarize that content on the Site and in Momentum publications, including AI-generated summaries, ranking pages, and market reports. We may identify your contribution by your first name, reviewer status, and any verified badge. You may delete your account at any time; published contributions may remain in aggregated form (scores, summaries) but will no longer carry your name.

4. Review standards

• Write only about communities you know first hand.
• State your relationship honestly (resident, homeowner, renter, visitor, or local agent).
• One live review per community per person. You may edit your review; the edit replaces the original after moderation.
• Do not accept or offer anything of value in exchange for a review. Do not review to damage a competitor or to promote your own business.
• Real estate licensees must identify themselves as agents when reviewing or discussing communities.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not submit content that:

• Comments on the race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, disability, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity of a community's residents, or otherwise characterizes who lives somewhere or who "belongs" there. This includes coded or indirect language.
• Describes a community as desirable or undesirable because of who lives there.
• Harasses, threatens, or defames any person, or publishes anyone's private information.
• Is knowingly false, spam, advertising, or off topic.
• Infringes any third party's rights or violates any law.

You also may not manipulate the platform: no fake accounts, vote rings, automated submissions, scraping of contributed content, or impersonation.

6. Moderation and enforcement

All contributed content is screened automatically and reviewed by a person before it is published. We may reject, edit-request, remove, or decline to publish any content at our discretion, and may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. Our process, reasons, and appeal path are described in the Moderation Policy. We keep an audit record of moderation decisions.

7. Verification and badges

Contributing requires a verified email address and phone number. Optional Verified Resident and Verified Agent badges require additional evidence (for example, proof of residency or an active Florida real estate license). Residency documents are stored privately, used only for verification, and deleted within 90 days of a decision. Badges may be revoked if the underlying facts change or the verification proves inaccurate.

8. What contributed content is, and is not

Reviews, discussions, and rankings reflect the opinions and experiences of the people who submitted them, not the views of Momentum Realty. They are not real estate, financial, legal, or tax advice, and they are not a substitute for your own due diligence. Market statistics shown alongside contributed content are attributed to their sources. Scores are calculated under the published methodology and depend on the volume and mix of contributions; they are informational only.

9. Fair housing commitment

Momentum Realty supports the federal Fair Housing Act and Florida fair housing law. We do not publish content that steers buyers based on protected characteristics, and we moderate aggressively to keep such content off the Site. If you see content that crosses this line, use the report tool or contact us directly.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and its contribution features are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momentum Realty will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from contributed content or your reliance on it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Momentum Realty harmless from claims arising out of content you submit or your violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate contribution privileges or accounts at any time for violations of these terms. You may stop using the Site at any time and may request account deletion by emailing us.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you consent to venue there.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
