St. Johns County issued a building permit Jan. 21 for a 179,708-square-foot Walmart Supercenter at 150 Foundry Lane in the World Commerce Center, at a project cost of $18.65 million. The site sits directly south of Tocoi Creek High School and a few miles from Buc-ee's, Costco and Bass Pro Shops.
