Ocala is outside Momentum's brokerage realMLS footprint, so these are metro-level figures from Zillow Research rather than the live county-level feed we use for Northeast Florida markets.

Ocala's market dynamics are unique. The active-adult communities drive a steady stream of inventory turnover as residents downsize, relocate to family, or pass through life events. The horse country submarkets (especially around the World Equestrian Center) move on a different rhythm tied to the show season. The Zillow Research series captures the full metro trend without breaking these out by submarket.
