St. Johns County home sales rise in March for first time in five years
March 2026 brought 714 closed home sales countywide, up from 667 a year earlier, the first year-over-year March increase in five years. Active listings fell to 2,236 from 2,786, and the share of listings with price cuts dropped to 24.4 percent from 33.4 percent.
