How the match works
Every community guide on this site carries the same facts: what homes sold and listed for, how many are for sale now, the mix of single-family, townhome and condo, the typical build year, and the community's features (golf, gated, waterfront, 55+, new construction and so on). Your answers are scored against those facts for every community in the county you choose, and the five highest scores are your matches. Nothing about you is used beyond what you tell us about the home you want.
