Maisa Palacios isn’t interested in doing real estate the average way. As a Broker Associate with Momentum Realty and leader of Palacios Home Group, she serves Northeast Florida with a simple approach: listen first, be honest even when the answer isn’t easy, fight for what matters, and never forget there’s a real person behind every transaction.

Working across residential sales, new construction, relocation, and investment real estate, Maisa brings strategy, market knowledge, and a hands-on approach to every transaction in both English and Spanish. She believes every customer deserves a plan built around their goals—whether buying a first home, selling, investing, or making their next big move. As Founding President of the NAHREP Jacksonville Chapter, she brings that same drive to leadership, education, and strengthening the real estate community.

That passion for helping people move forward comes from a life built around family and big goals of her own. When the contracts are signed and the phone finally gets put down, Maisa’s favorite roles take over—wife, proud Navy mom, and Mimi. Home is four dogs, a toddler grandson who has quickly learned how to run the show, plenty of coffee, and any chance she can get to be near the water. It’s busy, sometimes a little chaotic, and full of purpose—and it’s exactly why she understands that behind every address, every investment, and every move is a much bigger story.
