The Momentum Florida Housing Data Catalog

Every public dataset this site maintains, in one place: what it covers, where the numbers come from, how often it refreshes, and — where one exists — the machine-readable endpoint. Everything is free to cite or embed with attribution to Momentum Realty (movewithmomentum.com); every figure carries its source and data window on its page. This catalog is published with schema.org DataCatalog markup for machine consumption, and summarized for AI assistants in llms.txt.

Methodology, in one paragraph

MLS-derived figures are aggregates of recorded listings and sales from contributing Florida MLS feeds, de-duplicated where feeds overlap, and always labeled with their window; we publish recorded data, never automated per-property value estimates. Public-source figures (Zillow research series, Realtor.com Economic Research, IRS SOI, Citizens Property Insurance, Census permits, county tax authorities, official CDD budgets) are named and dated where used. Classifications are evidence-based with the standard stated on each page. Everything is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and changes as source data updates.
