A North Carolina native, Paris Herbin relocated to Jacksonville seven years ago and has built her full-time real estate practice over the past five years. She specializes in serving households and young professionals relocating to Northeast Florida, with deep experience across waterfront properties, new construction, condos and townhomes, and historic homes.

Paris brings four NAR designations to every transaction (ABR, GRI, C2EX, AHWD), reflecting a consistent commitment to advanced training and ethical practice. She is also one of the few NEFAR agents fluent in American Sign Language, which she uses to serve deaf and hard-of-hearing clients across the Northeast Florida market.
