Beachwalk restaurant closes as tenants cite slow commercial buildout
Bagels R Us closed its Beachwalk location about a year after opening, at least the third eatery there to close citing lower than expected foot traffic while portions of the commercial area behind the front retail strip remain unbuilt. Reporting notes a Margaritaville hotel and cottages remain planned on land near the Crystal Lagoon.
