I started working with traditional home buyers and sellers after my dad and I opened a mortgage and real estate office offering a one-stop shop for buyers and sellers. Since 2008 I began acquiring distressed properties and rehabbing them for tenant placement, then selling primarily to out-of-town buyers as turnkey rental properties. Today I work with investors obtaining off-market and on-market income producing rental properties.
