Location & Context

Lennar describes easy access to the Gulf Coast along with boutique shopping, farmers markets, and major retailers, with I-10 close by for commuting and travel. The builder points residents toward Lynn Haven Bayou Park and Preserve and St. Andrews Waterfront Park, with historic downtown Panama City nearby for dining and waterfront.

This is the east side of Panama City, inland rather than beachfront. That matters to the cost stack: you are further from the storm-surge zones that drive the highest wind and flood premiums on the beach side, and the price per square foot reflects it. Quote insurance anyway; Bay County is a coastal county and inland is not the same as cheap.

The corridor is a Tyndall Air Force Base and Panama City employment market more than a tourism one. If you are relocating for work rather than for the beach, this side of the county usually pens out better on commute and payment than the beach communities twenty minutes west.

Homes come in six designs with one- and two-story models from 1,474 to 2,000 square feet, three to four bedrooms, per the debut coverage. The current builder page shows a wider lineup than the debut announcement, with eleven priced plans plus one listed as coming soon across the two collections.
