Skye Ranch Neighborhood Two Townhomes is the townhome product inside Skye Ranch, the roughly 1,000-acre Taylor Morrison master-planned community in Sarasota at the intersection of Clark Road (SR 72) and Lorraine Road, east of I-75 in ZIP 34241. The original Townhomes at Skye Ranch collection sold out, and Taylor Morrison opened a newer gated townhome neighborhood, marketed as The Towns at Skye Ranch, opening late 2025 with four floor plans and its own planned amenities including a pool and cabana, dog park, basketball court, and green space, plus access to the wider Skye Ranch trail system (Taylor Morrison, 2025).
The pitch is the lower-priced, maintenance-light way into a newer Sarasota master plan with a deep shared amenity story and an on-site K-8 school, east of I-75 near Siesta Key.
