Limitations

Counts come from the change log of our live Space Coast MLS feed. Changes that happen and reverse between refreshes may be missed, and a listing is counted once per window even if it changed more than once. Contracts are listings moving from active to pending or under contract; some will not close. Condo means the condominium and cooperative property types set by the listing agent. City is the city on the listing, and some listings carry a mailing city that differs from the municipality. The live map snapshot shows listings on our feed at one moment and changes hourly. Market Pulse sale figures cover the whole feed, which is mostly Brevard County, and may be revised.
