Seven Bridges market snapshot (as of June 15, 2026): the median sale price is about $1.9M ($519 per sq ft), with homes averaging 48 days on market and 3.8 months of supply, a seller's market. Based on 19 recent closings in live BeachesMLS data.
Seven Bridges is a guard-gated luxury community in Delray Beach, Palm Beach County, built by GL Homes on Lyons Road with roughly 700 single-family homes. It is a relatively young, amenity-driven community, so most purchases are resales of recent, current-code homes rather than original construction with a builder warranty.
Homes span a wide range of GL Homes floor plans, reported from about 2,450 to over 8,000 square feet, with luxury features and many with private pools. Because the community is recent, the floor plan, the lot, and the option load separate otherwise similar homes more than condition does.
Amenities are the centerpiece and what the homeowners association funds: a 33,000 square foot clubhouse with a fitness center, resort-style and lap pools, a restaurant and cafe, more than a dozen tennis courts, indoor and outdoor basketball, and pickleball, all behind an around-the-clock staffed guardhouse. There is no golf course and no mandatory golf membership.
Diligence is the diligence of a young luxury HOA community: confirm the homeowners association dues and exactly what they cover, the rules and any rental restrictions, the reserves and any assessment, and the lot and floor plan. Price by model, lot, and condition, not by the community average.
