Limitations

The tracker lists communities found on builder pages, new-home listing sites, press releases and news reports, checked on the dates shown. It is not a complete list of every community selling on the Treasure Coast. Planned home counts and timing come from builder announcements and can change. Prices are builder starting prices, not sale prices. MLS counts cover Martin and St. Lucie counties; Indian River County listing activity is not in this feed's change log. New-construction counts use the flag that listing agents set in the MLS, which is sometimes left blank. Contract counts are listings moving from active to pending or under contract; changes that happen and reverse between refreshes may be missed. County sale figures are September 2026 single-family closings and may be revised. This article is general information, not advice about any specific property, community or transaction.
