What did St. Regis Residences Sunny Isles Beach finance?
Bisnow reported on October 26, 2026 that Madison Realty Capital provided a $463 million financing package to Fortune International Group and Chateau Group for St. Regis Residences, 18801 Collins Avenue. The package refinances a $418.3 million Bank OZK mortgage and funds construction of the 170-unit South Tower, which the developers said is more than 80 percent sold, plus restaurants and amenities. The 150-unit North Tower is preparing to break ground after a separate $113 million construction loan from City National Bank of Florida in April. Units start at $5.1 million.
