Limitations
Figures are a single live map snapshot taken October 27, 2026, not monthly totals, and can differ from the inventory counts in monthly reports. Marion County is approximated by the place named on each listing (Ocala, Dunnellon, Summerfield, Belleview, Ocklawaha, Silver Springs, Citra, Reddick, Anthony, Weirsdale and smaller places); some Dunnellon and Summerfield addresses fall in neighboring counties. Pending includes listings marked pending or under contract. Days on market is the listing's current count as reported to our feed. New construction uses the MLS flag, which agents sometimes leave blank. Figures may be revised as the MLS updates records.
