What was announced for Cocoa's Brightline station?

FOX 35 Orlando reported that the station is planned near State Road 528 and would link Cocoa and Port Canaveral with Brightline's South Florida destinations. Metro Magazine reported on October 8 that the project includes an in-line rail station, a multi-use access road and a new segment of double track. Neither report gave a total project cost or a construction schedule, and officials said more details are expected in early 2027. Brightline's chief executive acknowledged the company's financial problems and said its debt had been restructured.

A station that is funded is still years from service, so today's prices reflect today's market, not a train schedule. What the data can show is where the supply and contracts sit in the cities closest to the site.
