Lynn Pace is a Broker Associate with Momentum Realty and the leader of Pace² Home Group, serving Duval, St. Johns, Clay, and Nassau Counties in English and Spanish.

A U.S. Army veteran originally from Puerto Rico, Lynn met her husband during her service, and military buyers and relocating buyers remain the heart of her practice. She built her business on honest guidance, strong communication, and real local market expertise, and she holds ABR and SFR designations. The results: 147 homes and $46M in career sales, including 25 transactions and $10M in 2025, the same year she earned Top 500 agent recognition.

Away from work, the Paces support K9s For Warriors and foster service dogs in training, and Lynn has led student ministry at Christ's Church since 2023. With her husband of 12 years, a daughter who runs cross country and track, and a son who lives for baseball, weekends mean family 5Ks, travel, and food from every culture they can find.
