As of November 2026, Sunrise Plaza in Clermont, FL has 1 home for sale. Sunrise Plaza is a community in Clermont, Lake County, FL. Across Clermont as a whole, 1,776 homes closed in the last 12 months at a median of $435,750, 40 median days on market, with 700 homes for sale today. At that median and Lake County's FY2025-26 rate of 16.65 mills, annual property tax runs about $7,250 ($6,580 with the full homestead exemption).

Sunrise Plaza is a small pocket in Clermont, and with just one active listing on the Stellar MLS right now, there is no real "market" to read in the usual sense. Price here will be set by the condition and specifics of whatever comes available, not by a deep bench of comparable sales. The single median figure available is less a trend line than a snapshot of one home.
For a buyer, that thinness cuts both ways: little competition on any given listing, but also little choice and limited leverage from recent comps. For a seller, a lone listing can stand out, but pricing has to lean on the broader Clermont market rather than on in-community activity. Patience and a willingness to move when the right home appears matter more than timing a trend.

The Sunrise Plaza buying strategy.
If we were buying in Sunrise Plaza today, this is the order of operations we would run for our clients.
Underwrite the condition first. Price the roof, HVAC, and systems honestly before judging any list price; condition swings value here more than square footage alone.
Match the home to real comps. Recent sales of similar condition and lot, not the asking price, tell you what a home is worth.
Move deliberately, not desperately. Neither side has a decisive edge, so a well-prepared, fairly-priced offer wins without overpaying.
Line up financing and inspection early. A pre-approval and an inspection plan let you act fast and negotiate from evidence.
Keep an agent in your corner. The listing agent works for the seller; we represent you and prepare a hand-built valuation before any offer in Sunrise Plaza.
A thin market in Clermont
With one active listing and no amenities identified from current MLS data, Sunrise Plaza is best understood through its location rather than any community-level features. Clermont's position in Lake County, with its rolling terrain and access to the broader area, carries the value proposition more than anything specific to this enclave.
Because activity is so limited, pricing is condition-driven: the home that is listed sets the tone, and the next one may look quite different. Anyone buying or selling here should work off wider Clermont data and treat each listing as its own case rather than expecting a predictable in-community pattern.
The location and the amenities are priced into every listing in Sunrise Plaza. The deal is won or lost on condition, the comps, and the renovation math.
