Limitations
Figures are a single live snapshot taken October 29, 2026, not monthly totals, plus closed sales from January to September 2026. Contracts combine the MLS statuses active under contract and pending. Waterfront follows the MLS waterfront field and does not separate oceanfront, bayfront and canal lots. Areas are grouped by ZIP code and are approximate. Original list price comes from the listing and may reset when a listing is withdrawn and relisted, as may days listed. Tax amounts are the most recent bill on the listing and may reflect the current owner's exemptions. Small groups, such as the $5 million tier, can swing with a few listings. Sales recorded outside the MLS are not counted. Figures may be revised as the MLS updates records. This article is general information, not advice about any specific property or transaction.
