Limitations

Figures are a single live snapshot taken October 30, 2026, not monthly totals, and can differ from inventory counts in monthly reports. Pending counts use the MLS status Pending. The change log covers October 16 to October 29, 2026, uses the MLS Condominium type, and records fewer events on days our feed updated less often. Year built is as reported on the listing; for towers under construction it is the expected completion year, and some presale contracts may stay pending for months. ZIP codes and area names follow the listing address and are approximate. Days listed may reset when a listing is withdrawn and relisted. Sales recorded outside the MLS, including some developer presales, are not counted. Figures may be revised as the MLS updates records.
