Limitations

Counts come from the change log of our live Stellar MLS feed, which records a change when our refresh sees it. The feed logged no Marion County changes on October 22 and almost none on October 25, so some changes from those days may fall on later dates or outside the window. The prior two weeks are not compared because of a feed backfill on October 13 and 14 and a gap from October 16 to 18. A listing that changed more than once in a category within a window is counted once. Contracts count active listings that moved to pending or under contract; listings that entered the feed already in contract are excluded. City follows the listing's mailing city. Builder sales recorded outside the MLS are not counted.
