Christine Chavis

Christine Chavis has spent more than 12 years guiding buyers and sellers through the Jacksonville market, with over 100 homes sold since 2014. She works with first-time buyers, military relocations, and homeowners navigating foreclosure or short sales, and she holds the ABR, SRS, MRP, and SFR designations behind that work.

Her approach puts relationships ahead of transactions. Whether a client is buying new construction, listing a waterfront or golf-course home, or working through a complex sale, Christine keeps the process clear and the communication steady from the first call to the closing table.

She serves clients across Northeast Florida, from Riverside and San Marco to the Beaches, Ponte Vedra, St. Augustine, Fleming Island, and Amelia Island, and she works with clients in both English and Tagalog. Christine is married to a U.S. Navy veteran of 31 years and is a mother of three. She studied in Manila and graduated from Hawaii Pacific University. Away from real estate she is happiest cooking, gardening, dancing, or connecting with fellow members of the Global Business Council.
