Community Details at a Glance
East Lake Woodlands is the largest gated planned community in Oldsmar, in northern Pinellas County, spanning roughly 2,000 acres and several thousand homes across many villages, developed beginning in the late 1970s and built out over the following decades. It is built around a private country club, now Ardea Country Club, which operates two eighteen-hole championship courses plus clay tennis courts, pickleball, pools, fitness, and dining following an extensive renovation. Cluster Homes, also called Woodlands Cluster, is a 1980s village of attached, maintenance-free cluster villas within it, typically two or three bedrooms from roughly 1300 to 1800 square feet with screened porches, where the association maintains the exterior and grounds. A master community association plus the village association fee apply, and club membership is optional and separate.
