Stogi Ranch is a new-construction single-family section by Casa Fresca Homes inside Hawkstone, a master-planned community in Riverview, Hillsborough County, located between Boyette Road and Balm-Boyette Road just south of FishHawk Boulevard (builder.media, February 2024).
Hawkstone began land development in 2019 with first home sales in March 2020, spans roughly 545 acres, and is planned for about 1,047 homes at build-out, with more than 53 acres set aside for protected wetland conservation (builder.media, February 2024). The community is built by Homes by WestBay and its entry-focused brand Casa Fresca Homes, the builder of the Stogi Ranch phases.
Because Stogi Ranch is a section of a master plan and not a separate neighborhood, the deal is made on the floor plan, the homesite width, and an honest read of the CDD plus HOA carrying cost, not on the Stogi Ranch name. These are central-utility homes, not rural acreage on well and septic.
The pitch is new construction with resort-style amenities and preserve access: residents share Hawkstone amenities and sit near the Triple Creek and Balm-Boyette Scrub nature preserves, with US-301 and I-75 reachable for the Tampa commute. The work is verifying the exact CDD and HOA lines, reading the builder contract, and matching the plan to what resells.
