How bad are CDD fees in Clermont and Minneola?

The large newer master plans carry meaningful per-parcel CDD assessments on top of HOA — sometimes thousands per year. We state known figures in each guide and flag the ones still requiring verification with the district.

Is the Orlando commute from Clermont realistic?

SR-50 and the Turnpike are honest at off-peak and punishing at rush hour. Hospital, theme-park, and downtown commutes each behave differently — the guides give corridor-specific reality rather than one number.

Which Lake County towns hold value best?

Mount Dora's historic core and lakefront across the Harris Chain have the most durable scarcity. Production inventory in fast-building corridors competes with the builder next door — our guides say so where it applies.
