Community Details at a Glance
Dunedin Isles is one of Dunedin's historic 1920s neighborhoods, platted by the Frischkorn company in 1925 around an 18-hole Donald Ross golf course that opened in 1927 and operates today as the Dunedin Golf Club. The neighborhood is a mix of established single-family homes across many decades, including some near St. Joseph Sound with quick Gulf access. It is generally non-deed-restricted with no mandatory HOA and no CDD, and the City of Dunedin restricts short-term rentals in residential zones, keeping it owner-occupied. It is walkable to downtown Dunedin, sits on the Pinellas Trail, and is minutes from the Dunedin Causeway and Honeymoon Island State Park.
