Community Details at a Glance
Belle Vista Shores is a residential single-residential neighborhood in the Belle Vista section of St. Pete Beach, a Gulf barrier-island city in Pinellas County, on the Boca Ciega Bay side of the island. Belle Vista traces to about 1939 and was one of four towns that joined to incorporate St. Pete Beach in 1957, so the character is established and residential. The Shores stock is single-family coastal mid-century homes, owner-occupied in character, with many lots fronting Boca Ciega Bay or the protected McPherson Bayou cove and carrying deep sailboat water, private docks, and direct intracoastal access, distinct from the tourist-dwelling zones of Gulf Boulevard. Boca Ciega Bay deep water, private docks, and the nearby St. Pete Beach Gulf beach and waterfront are the local amenities. Coastal risk, including flood zone, elevation, the FEMA 50 percent substantial-damage picture after 2024, and insurance cost, is the defining diligence item.
