Remington 1 Tr B sits in Kissimmee, within Osceola County, and current MLS activity does not surface any listed community amenities. That absence is itself a data point: with no clubhouse, pool, or gate referenced in the feed, whatever premium exists here is tied to the home and lot itself rather than shared infrastructure.

Without amenity draw or a published price benchmark from current listings, buyers and sellers should treat this as a straightforward resale market. Positioning comes down to condition, lot specifics, and how a given listing compares to nearby Kissimmee inventory rather than to any community-wide feature set.

Figures in this note are as of July 21, 2026. The live market numbers elsewhere on this page update nightly and are newer.

If we were buying in Remington today, this is the order of operations we would run for our clients.

1

Underwrite the condition first. Price the roof, HVAC, and systems honestly before judging any list price; condition swings value here more than square footage alone.

2

Match the home to real comps. Recent sales of similar condition and lot, not the asking price, tell you what a home is worth.

3

Use your leverage. With inventory sitting, there is room to negotiate on anything dated or overpriced and to ask for repairs or a rate buydown.

4

Line up financing and inspection early. A pre-approval and an inspection plan let you act fast and negotiate from evidence.

5

Keep an agent in your corner. The listing agent works for the seller; we represent you and prepare a hand-built valuation before any offer in Remington.

Best Buy
Buyers focused on the home itself rather than a shared amenity package.
Biggest Risk
Limited public data means due diligence falls more heavily on direct verification of each listing.
Sweet Spot
A straightforward Kissimmee resale purchase evaluated on its own merits.
Avoid If
You are specifically shopping for a community with organized recreational amenities.

A community defined by the home, not the extras

There is no clubhouse, pool, or recreational feature showing up in current MLS data for Remington 1 Tr B. That does not mean nothing exists on the ground, only that nothing is being marketed or flagged through the feed right now. For a buyer, that means amenity assumptions should not factor into an offer; verify anything specific directly rather than pricing it in.

In practice, this shifts the evaluation toward the fundamentals: lot, layout, condition, and location within Kissimmee and Osceola County. Sellers here are competing on the property itself, and buyers get a clearer read on what they are actually paying for since there is no shared-amenity premium muddying the comparison.

“

The location and the amenities are priced into every listing in Remington. The deal is won or lost on condition, the comps, and the renovation math.

When a community has no amenity story to lean on, the read has to come from the listings themselves — condition, lot, and how a home stacks up against what else is active in Kissimmee. We pull that comparison directly from current MLS data rather than relying on assumptions about the neighborhood.
