The site is on SW 154th Avenue, also signed as Shotgun Road, between SW 14th Street and the Davie town line with Weston. Davie zoning in this pocket has historically been large-lot and equestrian, which is why the builder frames the design around that character and why nearby horse trails appear in the amenity list.

The practical read: this is the far west edge of Davie, next to Weston, with I-75 and I-595 the primary routes east. Lots here are 20,000 square feet and up, which is the scarce commodity in built-out Broward and the main reason a new single-family plat of this size exists at all. Expect the HOA to reflect a gated entry and a full clubhouse; ask for the budget, not just the monthly figure.

Two Broward-specific items to price before contract: flood zone and wind insurance on a new-build in western Broward (newer code and elevation help, but get a bindable quote), and Davie's town-level fees and any road or drainage assessments tied to the plat.
