Ordinances vary by county and change; Fannin and Gilmer have historically been permissive with registration requirements, while some lake communities restrict rentals privately through covenants. Verify the current ordinance and the community's own covenants before underwriting rental income.

What does a cabin in Blue Ridge or Ellijay actually cost?
